If you need training or support pertaining to something other than your website—and your home or office is located within our primary service area (see map below), or you can come to our site in North Seattle, then let's start with an in-person appointment, as that's more effective and enjoyable for all involved.
Remote ServicesIf you have a Windows (XP or later) computer that's working, or you only require a verbal consultation, remote services are also available. Where appropriate, we would connect by phone as well as screen-sharing software. Allow a little extra time for screen-sharing set-up. (Sorry, Mac and Linux users: Easy and reliable screen sharing doesn't work on your platform.)
PricingOur rates are lower than similar services provided by Best Buy. Your first one-hour session is free or discounted! (Incall session free; outcall session you pay only the $25 travel charge; remote session you pay only the $10 set-up.)
Afterward, services are billed at $45/hour (plus travel or set-up, if any). Major credit cards are accepted.
